The concept for this property started in 2008, but we didn't start building until summer 2011. The project was finished in August 2012 just in time for the Colorado  Parade of Homes. 

Trailer Trail was the first ground up build that I took on in Summit County.  This home was built for my family where we build memories for a few years.

The views are so good in Summit County which made it difficult to add many walls.  The views inspired the large windows and an open plan home.

The indoor/outdoor living space was created so that we where able to grow veggies in our attached green house year round!
